Zoning Board of Appeals Meetings
Zoning Board of Appeals Meetings take place the third Thursday of each month at 5:30 pm in the City 200 N Lake Street, Cadillac MI, 49601. These meetings are televised and recordings may be viewed on the Cadillac Community Television website, or the CCTV YouTube channel.

Zoning Board of Appeals Responsibilities
The Zoning Board of Appeals was established under Division 2, of the City Zoning Ordinance. The Zoning Board of Appeals have the power to authorize appeals for specific variances from requirements set forth in the Zoning Ordinance such as lot area and width regulations, sign dimensions and setbacks, yard and depth regulations and parking requirements. The Zoning Board of Appeals hears and decides questions that arise in the administration of the zoning ordinance including the interpretation of text and the zoning map.
