At the Cadillac City Council meeting on February 3, 2025, the City Council will consider the introduction of an ordinance to rezone the property located at 128 E. Pine Street, Cadillac, from OS-2 (Office Service District) to B-2 (Central Business District). If approved, this would enable the property to be used as a short-term rental if subsequently approved by the Cadillac Planning Commission as part of a special land use permit.
This introduction will set a public hearing for this issue which will be held at the City Council meeting on February 18, 2025 at 6:00 p.m. in the Council Chambers, Cadillac Municipal Complex, 200 N. Lake Street, Cadillac, Michigan.
