Planning Commission
Overview
The Cadillac Planning Commission has nine members, consisting of two representatives from each of the four wards of the City. The ward representatives cannot hold an elected municipal office.

The Commission, established by City Charter and State Statute, has the responsibility to review and make recommendations on various planning matters such as:
  • Rezoning
  • Site plan reviews
  • Zoning ordinance amendments
  • Street vacations
  • Future land use recommendations
