the nearest trucking route, which directly connects with
M-115 and US 131. M-55 is indirectly linked via M-115.

nearest railroad to the Potvin Industrial Park is the Tuscola
& Saginaw Bay railroad. This rail currently bounds
the south property lines of Lots 7, 8, and 9. At present,
the railroad does not have a spur in place that services
the Potvin Industrial Park. However, the City has successfully
negotiated with Tuscola & Saginaw Bay in the past in
several instances to provide such access to area manufacturers,
based on their specific needs and projected private investment.

The nearest commercial airport to the James E. Potvin
Industrial Park is Cherry Capital Airport, located 55 miles
northwest in Traverse City, Michigan. Currently, Cherry
