WATER
RESOURCES SUPERVISOR
The
City of Cadillac is accepting applications for the position
of Water Resources Supervisor. This position is responsible
for the management of a 3.2MGD advanced tertiary treatment
wastewater plant and a 2.5MGD groundwater treatment plant.
Currently the wastewater plant is undergoing a $ 4 million
expansion. The successful applicant will have experience
in all facets of the wastewater discipline. The position
reports to a Utilities Director. A four year degree emphasizing
the applied, technological or administrative sciences is
preferred. State of Michigan class B wastewater operator
license required, class A preferred. Current salary is $53,546;
future salary is DOQ. Excellent benefits. Residency within
a twenty (20) mile radius of the city limits of Cadillac

LABORER
The
City of Cadillac is accepting applications for the position
of laborer in the Street Department. The successful applicant
will have a minimum of a high school education or equivalent
and must possess a CDL Class B license with air break endorsement
or better. Experience in the construction industry, heavy
equipment or related fields is desirable. Must be willing
to work nights and weekends as needed. Residency within
a twenty (20) mile radius of the city limits of Cadillac

LATE
SEASON PARKS WORKER
The
City of Cadillac Parks Department is accepting applications
for the positions of Late Season Parks Workers. Terms of
employment will be from mid August to late November 2008
(up to 40 hours per week). Schedule may vary, but normally
7 a.m. – 3:30 p.m. with alternating weekends. Minimum hiring
age is 18, valid driver’s license required. Required application
