NOTICE OF ELECTRONIC MEETING & PUBLIC HEARING January 25, 2021 6:00 p.m. THE MEETING WILL ONLY BE HELD ELECTRONICALLY FOR PUBLIC PARTICIPATION The Planning Commission of the City Cadillac will hold a regular meeting on January 25, 2021 at 6:00 p.m. This meeting will only be held electronically pursuant to the Open Meetings Act and the Michigan Department of Health and Human Services (MDHHS) Epidemic Order. The purpose of the meeting will be to consider any business to come before the Planning Commission as permitted by law and to hold a public hearing on potential amendments to the City's Zoning Ordinance regarding principal and special land uses permitted in the B-1, B-2 and B-3 districts. Specifically, the ordinance would add residential dwelling units (except on the primary floor at grade level) as permitted uses in the B-1 and B-3 districts with certain restrictions, remove multi-family residential as a special land use in the B-1 district....
