What is the 2004-2009 Capital Improvement Program?

Each year, the City Council, in partnership with the staff of the City of Cadillac, updates and redistributes its five year capital improvement program. Extensive work and planning goes into this document, with the end result being a visionary document that looks forward to the next five years and seeks to plan for and set aside resources for both required and desired capital improvements to be undertaken.

Can the Citizens of the City of Cadillac get involved in the Capital Budgeting process?

Absolutely! The City welcomes and encourages citizen input in this process. A public hearing has been scheduled regarding the capital improvement program on November 3, 2003 at 7:00 PM as part of the regular City Council meeting.
